Calling Interfaith Voices for Syrian Temporary Protected Status (TPS) Holders Due to the upcoming decision on Temporary Protected Status, or TPS, for Syria on August 1, 2019, the Catholic Legal Immigration Network, Inc. (CLINIC) is asking faith leaders and organizations to sign on demanding the administration extend TPS for Syria for 18 months and redesignate, the maximum protection allowable under the law. There are currently 7,000 Syrian TPS holders in need of protection from the war and humanitarian emergency in Syria.
